Visionary Eye Specialists is hiring a Senior Medical Receptionist to support our specialist ophthalmology clinics in Hurstville and Miranda. You will manage patient flow, appointments and administrative tasks in a busy specialist environment, coordinating with doctors and the administration team to uphold a high standard of care.

• Previous experience in a specialist medical practice – essential.
• Ophthalmology experience – highly desirable.

Senior Medical Receptionist – Specialist Ophthalmology Practice

Full-Time | Hurstville & Miranda | Monday to Friday

Visionary Eye Specialists is a leading specialist ophthalmology practice with clinics located in Hurstville and Miranda. We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who understands the demands of a specialist medical practice and is confident managing patients, doctors, appointments and the administrative requirements of a busy specialist environment.

You will work closely with our ophthalmologists, orthoptists and administration team to provide a high standard of patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.

About You

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist who can demonstrate:
