Visionary Eye Specialists is hiring a Senior Medical Receptionist to support our specialist ophthalmology clinics in Hurstville and Miranda. You will manage patient flow, appointments and administrative tasks in a busy specialist environment, coordinating with doctors and the administration team to uphold a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a specialist medical practice – essential.
• Ophthalmology experience – highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of specialist medical reception and administration.
• Excellent patient service skills and a warm, professional manner.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
