Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Process Engineer to own the CI program, driving line efficiency, PFMEA, and value stream improvements on the production floor. You will own SOPs for equipment and processes and work closely with mechanical design to deliver tooling and fixtures that solve floor-level problems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with CI/Lean experience.
• Ability to lead PFMEA development and cross-functional facilitation.
• Experience with DFM/DFA reviews and producibility improvements.
• Experience assessing and developing supplier manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work across disciplines and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream mapping (current and future state) and Kaizen events for yield improvements.
• Apply structured problem-solving to root-cause defects with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks in layout, staffing, and processes.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through tooling, cycle time, and material utilization.
• Collaborate with design for manufacturability and provide floor-based solutions.
