Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer to own the CI program and drive transformation across its undersea and hardware production lines.

You will lead value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and data-driven yield improvements, while partnering with mechanical design for tooling and fixtures. You’ll work across electrical, mechanical, QA, and supply chain teams to reduce cycle time, improve process capability, and ensure PFMEA controls are current on critical

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with CI/Lean experience.
• Experience with mechanical/electromechanical production processes such as CNC, sheet metal, injection moulding.
• Proven ownership of a CI or process improvement program.
• Structured problem solving and PFMEA/Control Plans experience.
• DFM/DFA and working with design engineers to drive producibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing CI program and lead value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and yield improvement initiatives.
• Apply 8D, A3, 5-Why methodology for root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in line layout, staffing, and cycle times.
• Lead PFMEA development and ensure cross-functional alignment of control plans.
• Define tooling and fixture requirements with design engineers and verify on the floor.
