Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end procurement for our manufacturing programs. You will manage P2P processes, maintain supplier relationships, and drive improvements across engineering, finance and production teams.

The role emphasizes fast-paced execution, strong communication, and the development of scalable SOPs to support new product launches and ongoing program needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams across borders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Creation, issuance and management to meet production needs.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance for quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Resolve supply chain disruptions to keep projects on schedule.
• Expedite orders to meet deadlines and production calendars.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and program teams to align procurement with goals.
• Maintain records and track procurement KPIs; identify process improvements.
• Support sourcing strategy development for direct commodities/categories.
• Report supplier performance in monthly/weekly/daily reviews as required.
• Contribute to cost savings, quality improvements and on-time delivery initiatives.
• Manage supplier lifecycle from selection to ongoing management and exit where applicable.
