Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing CI Engineer in Sydney to own the CI program and drive measurable improvements in cycle time, yield, and process capability on electromechanical production lines.

You will partner with mechanical design, QA, and supply chain to define tooling and fixtures, perform PFMEA reviews, and lead kaizen events to deliver rapid, verifiable improvements on the factory floor.

Qualifications

8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with CI, PFMEA and supplier industrialisation.
Experience with mechanical assembly and processes (CNC, sheet metal, molding).
Proven CI program ownership and structured problem solving.
DFM/DFA reviews with design engineers.
Supplier audits and production readiness.

Responsibilities

Own the manufacturing CI program across value streams to improve cycle time and yield.
Lead PFMEA development and cross-functional facilitation with QA/SC.
Collaborate with design for tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
Support capital equipment justification and factory-scale automation.
Drive supplier process improvements and on-site audits.
Capture lessons learned and disseminate to NPI.
Foster knowledge sharing and team engagement.
