RAA in Adelaide is seeking a Capability & Change Lead, AI, to build AI capability across the organisation and lead the people side of the AI transformation.
You will develop learning programs, drive adoption, and partner with business leaders, People & Culture, the AI Hub and AI Champions Network to embed new ways of working.
This pivotal role shapes how AI becomes part of how RAA works, learns and grows, supporting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
RAA is embarking on an ambitious AI-first transformation, embedding artificial intelligence as an operating principle across the organisation rather than treating it as a standalone technology initiative. As part of our newly established AI Hub, real value only comes when our people are equipped, confident and supported to work in new ways.
As the Capability & Change Lead, AI, you'll build AI capability across RAA and help individuals, teams and leaders successfully adopt new ways of working enabled by AI. You'll lead the people side of RAA's AI transformation, developing learning programs, driving adoption initiatives, building change readiness and supporting workforce transition as AI becomes embedded in everyday work.
Partnering with business leaders, People & Culture, the AI Hub and the AI Champions Network, you'll build a culture of experimentation, learning and continuous improvement, while making sure employees remain supported throughout change. From designing role-based learning pathways and change strategies, to growing our AI Champions Network and leading clear, practical communications, you'll be central to how AI becomes part of how RAA works, learns and grows.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the human side of AI adoption in one of South Australia's most trusted organisations.
You're passionate about people and capability, and you understand that successful AI adoption depends as much on confidence, culture and change readiness as it does on the technology itself. You know how to bring people along on a journey of change, translating new ways of working into practical, everyday confidence.
