Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Retirement Living Coordinator to support residents in a vibrant village environment. This full-time, onsite role at Minto Gardens involves coordinating activities, events and communications while delivering high-quality customer service and essential administrative support.

The successful candidate will work with residents, families and care partners to ensure easy access to services, create welcoming experiences and maintain a well-managed village.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administration, coordination, customer service or resident services.
• 2-3+ years of computer literacy and confidence using MS Office suite.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors and service providers.
• Welcome new residents and assist with transition into village life.
• Organise village tours and welcome prospective residents.
• Maintain resident databases, records, and administrative documentation.
• Prepare newsletters, notices, calendars, and other resident communications.
• Organise bookings for community spaces, activities, and village facilities.
• Support occupancy enquiries and village communications.
• Assist with resident meetings, forums, and committee groups.
• Coordinate external presenters, entertainers, volunteers, and community groups.
• Promote workplace safety and compliance with WHS requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve resident experiences and village services.
