Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Retirement Living Coordinator to support residents to live independently and stay connected within a vibrant village environment at Minto Gardens. You will coordinate activities, events and communications while delivering high-quality customer service and admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with residents, families and village teams, organise bookings, maintain databases and help with safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administration, coordination, customer service or resident services.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families and service providers.
• Maintain resident databases, records and communications.
• Organise bookings for community spaces and activities.
• Assist with resident meetings, forums and committees.
• Promote safety, compliance and continuous improvement in village operations.
