And now, we’re extending our reach and impact even further.At Anglicare we are looking for a Retirement Living Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting residents to live independently, stay connected and enjoy a positive retirement living experience.Join a supportive and resident-focused team where community, connection and exceptional customer service are at the heart of everything we do.Your OpportunityThis is a full-time onsite opportunity based at Minto Gardens, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pmAs a Retirement Living Coordinator, you will be working for resident wellbeing through the coordination of activities, events, communications, and community initiatives while providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the village.You will work closely with residents, families, healthcare providers and village teams to ensure residents can easily access the services and support they need while maintaining a welcoming, vibrant and well-managed village environment.With professionalism, empathy and a customer-focused approach, you will:Resident Services & Customer ExperienceProvide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors and service providersRespond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries, requests and concernsWelcome new residents and assist with their transition into village life.Assist with village tours and welcome prospective residents.Administration & Operational SupportMaintain resident databases, records, and administrative documentation.Prepare newsletters, notices, calendars, and other resident communications.Organise bookings for community spaces, activities, and village facilities.Support occupancy enquiries and village communicationsAssist with resident meetings, forums, and committee groups.Resident Wellbeing & Community EngagementAssist with organising events, activities and community engagement opportunitiesCoordinate external presenters, entertainers, volunteers, and community groups.Safety, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementPromote workplace safety and compliance with WHS requirementsMonitor community areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.Identify opportunities to improve resident experiences and village servicesWhat You'll BringYou are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and supporting older people to live well and stay connected to their community.What's Required2 + years of experience in administration, coordination, customer service or resident services2-3 + years of experience in computer literacy and confidence using technology systems using MS office suiteStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamWhat's Preferred2 + years of experience within retirement living, aged care, community services or a similar environmentUnderstanding of the needs of older people and resident-centred service deliveryExperience coordinating events, activities or community engagement initiativesWhy Anglicare?We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support, and the dedicated people hereto make it happen.At Anglicare, you’ll get the security, stability and opportunities that come with a strong, well-established organisation that’s ready for the future.
