Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Advisor, Learning Design for a temporary opportunity (up to 12 months) based in Petersham, NSW. You will lead end-to-end learning projects, partnering with business stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise standards and contemporary design practices.

You are an experienced Learning Design professional with 5+ years leading initiatives, skilled in stakeholder management, project delivery and training artefacts, with knowledge of the 2025 Standards for

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading end-to-end learning projects.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or higher.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practical, engaging design.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise learning initiatives and align solutions with business needs and standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage requirements and feedback.
• Develop learning programs and artefacts and evaluate impact of training.
