Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Advisor, Learning Design for a temporary up to 12 months role based in Petersham, NSW. You'll lead end-to-end learning projects, align solutions with business needs, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires 5+ years in learning design, strong stakeholder and project-management skills, and knowledge of adult learning principles and 2025 Standards for RTOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading end-to-end learning projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs and learning standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning initiatives and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise learning programs.
• Develop processes and strategies for learning design and capability solutions.
• Oversee analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning projects.
• Support 50% workplace presence at Petersham and collaborate across teams.
