Job summary

Teachers Health in Sydney is seeking a Trainer on a 12-month fixed term contract to partner with Membership Services and Claims teams, delivering onboarding and role-based training. You will design engaging sessions, coach colleagues and support employee development to enhance member experiences.

The role combines facilitation, learning design and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work model (office during training delivery) and attractive benefits for a not-for-profit education community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching or learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication with complex information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and role-based training for customer-facing teams.
• Facilitate sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials and assessments.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to staff.
• Identify learning needs and drive capability improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to align training with objectives and compliance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Support development of refresher modules and initiatives.
