Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare seeks a regional sales leader for Australia to coordinate cross-functional activities and drive market expansion in diagnostic imaging. You will collaborate with marketing, logistics, and service teams to execute projects and hit regional targets.

The role requires a bachelor degree or higher in medical fields and about 10 years of healthcare imaging experience, with a strong customer orientation, leadership, and strategic insight into the imaging ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in medical or other related areas.
• Typically, 10 years of successful experience and record in healthcare area, diagnostic imaging equipment working experience is preferred.
• Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its development trend.
• Customer-oriented, superior communication skills, strong result-driven mindset, solid management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bidding activities; coordinate with marketing, logistics and service departments in project execution and achieving regional sales target.
• Participate in regional marketing promotion activities and trade-shows, analyze specific market conditions and build a sound regional network of stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a customer-focused regional network, solve issues and problems raised by customers through internal coordination.
• Drive the Distributor channel to penetrate the respective countries assigned to achieve the targets of distributor and self for the regions assigned.
• Work with Product and Clinical Apps team to successfully create impact on potential customers and partners in the assigned region.
• Follow on opportunity funnel creation and maintenance; forecasting as per guidelines and KPIs set by the management team.
• Competition analysis and product positioning in accordance to the strategies set by the UIH team
