Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Administrator - Support & Operations in Adelaide to deliver Level 1 and 2 IT support within a large enterprise. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage AD/AAD, and support Microsoft 365 services across the organization.

A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT ops, solid troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows operating systems and business apps.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, group policies, and security settings via AD/AAD.
