Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role within a large organization.
• Experience with mobile device support (iOS/Android) and Office 365.
• Strong PC hardware knowledge including peripherals.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level IT support and incident management in ServiceNow.
• Install and configure hardware and software for end-users.
• Manage incidents and requests to meet SLAs; document resolutions.
• Coordinate with local and global ICT teams.
