Qualifications

• Extensive experience in insurance claims administration.
• Sound understanding of insurance workflows, approval processes, reporting requirements and service expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate administration of insurance related inspections, reports, make safe works and repairs.
• Manage incoming work orders and maintain accurate job and claim records.
• Coordinate inspection bookings, site access and technician schedules.
• Communicate with insurers, insurance builders, assessors, property managers and customers.
• Track reports, quotations, approvals and outstanding documentation.
• Upload reports, photographs and supporting documents to client portals.
• Provide timely updates and respond professionally to enquiries.
• Monitor deadlines, service requirements and outstanding actions.
• Support invoicing and verify documentation against authorised works.
• Escalate delays, access issues and urgent matters promptly.
