Job summary

Sharp & Carter Brisbane is seeking a Claims Coordinator to join a well-established residential insurance repair business. You will work closely with Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors, trades and insurers to ensure claims are managed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and progressing residential insurance claims
• Managing inbound and outbound customer and stakeholder communications
• Updating claims information across company portals
• Liaising with customers, insurers, trades, and internal teams
• Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure positive customer outcomes
• Supporting the wider team in achieving performance targets and service standards

Claims Coordinator

Brisbane Inner City | Monday to Friday | $40 per hour + super | 6-Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential insurance repair business, delivering exceptional outcomes through technical expertise, customer-focused service, and innovative technology. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors, Trades and Insurers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential insurance claims are managed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.
