Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Brisbane Inner City is seeking a proactive Claims Coordinator to join a residential insurance repairs team. You will coordinate and progress claims, manage stakeholder communications, and keep claims data up to date across portals, ensuring smooth repair processes for customers.

You will work closely with project managers, assessors, trades and insurers in a fast-paced environment, delivering high service levels and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Claims Coordinator

Brisbane Inner City | Monday to Friday | $40 per hour + super | 6-Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential insurance repair business, delivering exceptional outcomes through technical expertise, customer-focused service, and innovative technology. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors, Trades and Insurers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential insurance claims are managed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and progressing residential insurance claims
