Fire and Rescue NSW seeks a Senior Inclusion Lead to oversee organisation-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives, advising leaders and building capability to embed inclusive practices across the workforce.
The role requires Aboriginality per NSW law, travel as needed, and relevant tertiary qualifications; hybrid work options are available in NSW.
The position can be filled by either a Clerk Grade 9/10 or a operational Firefighter as a Non-Station Based Team Lead
Open to all employees who are a Non-Station Based Team Member in any position across FRNSW, also Inspectors, Leading Station Officers and Station Officers (with a minimum of 24 months service at the rank of Station Officer as of the closing date for applications).
The Senior Inclusion Lead leads the design, implementation, review and continuous improvement of organisation-wide diversity and inclusion frameworks, strategies, programs and initiatives. The role provides expert, evidence-based advice, builds organisational capability and influences leaders and stakeholders to embed inclusive, culturally safe and equitable workplace practices that support FRNSW strategic priorities.
