Job summary

Fire & Rescue NSW is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Lead to manage and advise on a range of organisational development programs, driving cultural reform and strategic priorities. The role involves coordinating initiatives, evaluating impact, and partnering with senior stakeholders to enable effective change within a large, diverse public organisation.

Based in NSW with hybrid work options from Greenacre and remote work, requiring travel as per position needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development programs.
• Capability in diagnosing through qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve outcomes.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Job description

• Package up to $ 166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $ 146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
• Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely

About the role:

The Senior Organisational Development Lead manages, coordinates, reviews and provides advice on a range of organisational development programs, and initiatives to enable the effective delivery of organisation-wide cultural reform and strategic priorities.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, culture, engagement, inclusion or organisational effectiveness programs in a complex and diverse organisation.
• Demonstrated capability in organisational diagnosis, intervention design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and the use of qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve organisational outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology, behavioural science, business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel in accordance with position requirements.
