Job summary

Fire and Rescue NSW is seeking a senior leader to spearhead the implementation, management and continuous improvement of fit-for-purpose portfolio, program, project governance frameworks, and partnering services.

You will provide oversight and advice to support the governance and delivery of FRNSW’s strategic initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders in a complex environment, with hybrid/flexible arrangements in NSW.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise portfolio, program and project governance, assurance, prioritisation, benefits realisation and organisational change.
• Experience establishing and operating enterprise-level portfolio management frameworks within a complex, multi-stakeholder service delivery environment.
• Qualifications in management or equivalent relevant experience.

• Package up to $202,166 pa. Package includes salary range ($154,231 pa to $178,369 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
• Located in Greenacre with hybrid working

About the role:

and change management frameworks and partnering services for FRNSW, and provide oversight and advice to

support the effective governance and delivery of FRNSW’s strategic and corporate initiatives

About you:
