Job summary

The NSW Department of Education is seeking an ICT Field Services Senior Support Officer to deploy and support standardised ICT services across 160 schools, handling ~50,000 devices and providing onsite IT support in the Bourke/Dubbo region.

You will promote adoption of standardised services, guide change, maintain accurate records, and travel to multiple sites to collaborate with staff of varying ICT experience levels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support standardised ICT services across schools.
