Job summary

Reflex Technology Group is seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to be the dedicated onsite technology specialist at a Melbourne school. You will manage day-to-day technical support, systems administration and device management with autonomy and professional leadership on site.

The role requires strong collaboration with school leadership and staff, proactive issue resolution, and clear communication across all stakeholders in an education setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' Level 1/2 technical support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac in a professional setting.
• Solid understanding of wireless networking, TCP/IP, and remote administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite ICT resource for the school, independently managing all day-to-day technical support and device management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the school’s ICT Manager and staff, representing RTG professionally on site.
• Log, triage, and resolve incidents through the RTG ticketing system, assessing severity and prioritising accordingly.
• Identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and performance of the school’s technology environment.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, training materials and end-user guides for staff and students.
