About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Officer to join a leading educational organization on a 12-month contract. You’ll be working with a variety of technology and providing on-site support across multiple locations. The technology you will work with is diverse, making this a dynamic role with the opportunity to develop your skills.

Your Responsibilities

Provide on-site support and service to staff and students across multiple sites.
Ensure all assigned support requests are promptly resolved (Level 1 and 2 support).
Provide incident response and diagnostic support for users and incidents raised.
Deploy, configure, upgrade and support devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
Install, configure, upgrade and support services including operating systems (MacOS, iOS, and Windows), applications, and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365).

About You

You’ll be a great fit within the ICT Support Officer role if you have a customer-centric approach, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You’ll need:

ICT experience in a similar role, with exposure to a broad range of technologies.
Experience with and sound knowledge of general operating systems and software (Apple and Microsoft technologies).
Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
A strong ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
A track record of delivering quality service to users.
Relevant qualifications and industry certifications will be advantageous.
A current driver’s license.
