Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst in Dubbo is seeking a committed Service Desk Officer to provide first-line ICT support and triage tickets across school and office environments. The role combines remote and onsite assistance to keep teaching and administration running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT support, ideally in education or similar settings.
• Familiar with ticket management processes and service desk operations.
• Willingness to travel across sites as required and work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line ICT support and triage service desk tickets.
• Deliver remote and onsite ICT support across school and office environments.
• Communicate clearly with users regarding issue resolution and timelines.
• Support staff and students in using ICT services to enhance learning.
• Promote a self-service culture through training and guidance.
• Participate in ICT projects and service improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment procurement, budgeting, and audiovisual support.
• Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety policies.
