Job summary

Building & Plumbing Commission in Melbourne seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive the HRIS and Payroll Transformation Project, guiding business analysis across the project lifecycle and ensuring requirements are validated and translated into effective solutions.

You will work closely with project leadership, People & Capability, Finance, Digital Technology Services, vendors and implementation partners, connecting business and technical teams to deliver a fit-for-purpose HRIS/payroll system

Qualifications

• Experience applying BA methodologies to elicit, analyse and validate requirements for complex transformations.
• Strong understanding of HRIS/payroll platforms in the Australian market.
• Ability to identify impacts and solutions across integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle for HRIS and Payroll Transformation.
• Bridge business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support procurement, solution design, implementation and transition activities.
