The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities across the HRIS and Payroll Transformation project, partnering with stakeholders across People & Capability, Finance and Digital Technology Services to deliver a fit-for-purpose solution.

They will bridge business and technical teams, ensure requirements are identified, validated and translated into design and transition activities, and support procurement, implementation and ongoing optimization aligned with the organisation's

Formación

• Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll platforms operating within the Australian market.
• Extensive experience applying business analysis methodologies to elicit, analyse, document and validate requirements for complex transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, data migration, reporting and information management principles, with ability to identify impacts and dependencies across connected systems.
• Degree qualification in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Commerce or related discipline.
• Formal Business Analysis certification.
