Job summary

The Building & Plumbing Commission is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major HRIS and payroll platform delivery. You will manage planning, procurement, implementation, go-live and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver a secure and compliant solution.

You will drive transformation across HRIS/ERP initiatives, ensuring impact on efficiency and employee experience while meeting budget and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects through the entire lifecycle from business case and procurement through to implementation and close-out.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HRIS, payroll, ERP or enterprise technology transformation projects exceeding $1 million.
• Formally qualified in project management with certification such as Reg PM, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of HRIS and payroll platform from planning to go-live and closure.
• Manage project teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant and future-ready solution.
