Job summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of a new HRIS and payroll platform for the Victorian Government, overseeing planning, procurement, implementation and go-live from start to closure. Based in Melbourne, you will manage project teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure a secure, compliant, modern system that enhances efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS, payroll or ERP transformations from planning through go-live.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology projects > $1M.
• Formal PM certification required.
