Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Sydney to join a high-impact, presales team focused on our HR suite. You will demonstrate how Rippling solves HR and Payroll challenges via demos and strategic storytelling.

Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering, influence GTM, and help shape product direction. This role blends collaboration, client impact, and growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presales or client-facing technical role with HRIS/HCM expertise.
• Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is a bonus.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Proactive approach—energised by a dynamic environment and problem solving.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to support and guide prospective clients during evaluation.
• Understand clients’ goals and communicate how Rippling can support them.
• Lead technical demos and proofs of concepts tailored to business objectives.
• Create and maintain engaging technical content to help users succeed.
• Provide product feedback reflecting the voice of the customer.
• Become a trusted expert in the Rippling platform and know differentiators.
• Contribute to building a supportive, high-performing Solutions Consulting team.
