Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our high-impact team in Australia. This presales role focuses on HR and Payroll, delivering live demos, strategic storytelling, and value realization for prospective clients.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, influence GTM strategy, and help build a diverse, inclusive Solutions Consulting function. Hybrid work with three Sydney days is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presales or client-facing technical role with HRIS/HCM experience.
• Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is a bonus.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support prospective clients during Rippling evaluation journeys.
• Understand clients' goals and technical needs; communicate how Rippling supports them.
• Lead technical demos and proofs of concepts tailored to business objectives.
• Create and maintain engaging technical content to help users succeed.
• Provide product feedback reflecting the voice of the customer.
• Become a trusted expert in the Rippling platform and understand differentiators.
• Contribute to building a supportive, inclusive, high-performing Solutions Consulting team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our high-impact, collaborative team, with a focus on our HR suite of products. This is a presales role where you’ll work closely with both internal teams and prospective clients to demonstrate how Rippling’s platform can solve real business challenges in HR and Payroll. You’ll help prospects see the full value of Rippling’s solutions through strategic storytelling, live demos, and relationship-building.

You’ll join a diverse team of Solutions Consulting professionals and work alongside Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. • Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand is a bonus
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills—able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
