Qualifikationen

• Significant generalist HR management experience or experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level.
• Strong experience partnering with General Managers and senior operational leaders.
• Confidence managing complex employee relations, performance and conduct matters end to end.
• Experience executing established people strategies, frameworks and HR programs within a business environment.
• Experience supporting organisational change, growth and capability development.
• Ability to balance employee experience with commercial and operational outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Experience working with a substantial contractor, contingent or flex workforce.
• Experience supporting operational, service-based, manufacturing or sales-led workforces will be highly regarded.

• Act as the trusted HR partner to leaders across the business, providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and influence managers on employee relations, performance, capability and day-to-day people matters.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and complex workplace issues.
• Lead recruitment for business-critical roles and support workforce planning and growth initiatives.
• Deliver HR reporting, insights and administration to support informed business decisions.
