Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in Western Australia is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the WA team in a full-time permanent capacity. You will be the main contact for the WA business, partnering with managers and employees across the complete employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR generalist responsibilities.

Responsibilities include advising on employee relations, performance, payroll inputs with external providers, and implementing organisational change and talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience interpreting modern awards.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Exposure to payroll administration or payroll provider processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for the WA business.
• Partner with leaders on day-to-day people matters.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll providers.
• Provide practical advice on employee relations, performance, and workplace policies.
• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activity.
• Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Assist with organisational change and people projects.
