You will bring 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong ER handling, Fair Work knowledge, HRIS exposure, and payroll coordination. Autonomy and stakeholder collaboration are core aspects of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
• Strong end-to-end HR operations capability.
• Experience managing ER matters and investigations.
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation.
• HRIS systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide employee relations guidance and performance support.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, contracts and HR administration.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate HRIS and payroll processes with external provider.
• Support change and integration initiatives and coach leaders.
