Deel Senior Implementation Consultant role focused on ensuring successful deployment of Deel's payroll and HR solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and manage end-to-end implementations.

This role requires a strong blend of technical know-how, project management, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams and help drive adoption across complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation consulting or project management, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong technical background in system configurations and data migrations.
• Experience in a SaaS/technology-driven environment.
• Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions.
• Provide guidance during implementation and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and customer success.
• Conduct configurations, data migrations, and integrations.
• Manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver training materials.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Track progress and report to leadership.
• Improve implementation methodologies to boost efficiency.
