Job summary

FRMSTAFF is seeking a client-focused freight coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients end to end from our Sydney office. You will support the customer service manager, tailor service solutions, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.

This role suits someone with air and sea operations knowledge, strong problem solving, and CargoWise experience. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and build lasting

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding experience essential.
• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar TMS/booking systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients end to end.
• Support the customer service manager.
• Provide personalised and customised service solutions to clients.
• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email.
• Monitor and report shipment status updates.
• Liaise with the sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
