Job summary

The Senior Analyst, FP&A role at First Sentier Group in Sydney partners with Finance Business Partners to deliver reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Enablement Group. You will track transformation costs and benefits with the PMO, and support the ABC framework using Workday and Power BI.

We seek a CA or CPA candidate with strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement across global teams and deliver clear financial insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CPA or working towards qualification.
• Experience in FP&A, planning and forecasting.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with Power Query; VBA advantageous.
• Exposure to ABC costing and cost allocation.
• Experience supporting projects or PMOs.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting.
• Partner with PMO to track transformation costs and benefits.
• Support ABC framework implementation and Workday config.
• Develop scalable reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and opportunities to automate.
• Communicate insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
