First Sentier Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support Finance Business Partners across the Enablement Group in Sydney. You will deliver reporting, planning and forecasting support, and partner with Project Managers and the PMO to track transformation costs and benefits.

This role offers exposure to Activity Based Costing, Workday configuration, Power BI and a focus on continuous improvement, with opportunities to influence global teams and drive finance transformation.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified, or working towards qualification.
• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial planning and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and complex formulas; VBA/macros advantageous.
• Experience supporting cost and benefit tracking for projects, transformation initiatives or PMOs.
• Exposure to Activity Based Costing (ABC) costing and systems like Workday/Power BI is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Support Finance Business Partners across the Enablement Group with reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Partner with Project Managers and the PMO to track transformation costs and benefits.
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of an Activity Based Costing framework.
• Build scalable reporting, controls and reconciliation processes for finance initiatives.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and communicate insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
