ABN Group, based in Melbourne's Docklands, is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions.

In this role, you will build financial models, support group-wide planning, and enhance reporting and analytics to improve business performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous FP&A or Finance Analyst experience in a large or complex organisation.
• CA/CPA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and business cases.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting timelines and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain cost allocation models across business units.
• Collaborate with partners to understand performance drivers and support planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data analytics.
