A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning and analysis during a major systems transformation. Responsibilities include partnering with divisional leaders, developing financial models in Excel, and creating Power BI dashboards. Candidates should have proven FP&A experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. This is a 12-month contract with a competitive salary of $150k plus superannuation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in FP&A and commercial finance within a service-based or multi-site business.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo.

Responsabilidades

• Drive FP&A and commercial finance activities during a major systems change.
• Partner with divisional leaders to influence strategic decision-making.
• Consolidate and standardise reporting across 40+ branches.
• Develop financial models in Excel and create insightful Power BI dashboards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes.
