Job summary

MPAU Finance, a technology company in Sydney, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support strategic decision-making through planning, forecasting and budgeting. You will consolidate data from ERP, develop financial models and deliver insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent business partnering skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in technology sector preferred.
• Familiar with tech jargon.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data from ERP and planning systems
• Deliver consolidated forecasts, budgets, and management reporting that support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced technology environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify financial trends and risks.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to enhance planning accuracy.
• Provide detailed performance analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Assist in business case preparation and investment appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
