Job summary

Talent Capital Partners Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager – FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the Group. You will partner with senior executives to deliver commercial insights, performance reviews and robust executive reporting.

This role requires advanced financial modelling and a proactive approach to strategic analysis. You will develop models for strategic initiatives, support M&A decisions and drive improvements in FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A experience across planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and operational leaders.
• Strong executive and Board reporting capabilities.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis skills.
• Ability to translate complex financials into clear commercial insights.
• Proactive stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Continuous improvement mindset with FP&A processes, reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning for the Group.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and challenge assumptions.
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews with variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop high-quality executive and Board reporting translating financial data into insights.
• Provide analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses and business cases for decisions.
• Monitor key drivers to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
• Oversee cost performance, headcount investment and capital allocation.
• Drive forecast accuracy, financial discipline and accountability.
• Strengthen FP&A frameworks, controls and reporting with automation.
• Mentor and support the broader FP&A team.
