Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level executive support in a large organisation.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience providing financial support to senior executives in a large organisation or government department.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn government processes, systems and networks.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level confidential administrative and operational support to the Head of Commercial and Transactions, reviewing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate and quality‑assure correspondence, including ministerial briefs and briefing material for senior executives and clients.
• Maintain and process correspondence in the Correspondence Workflow System, ensuring documentation meets standards.
• Prepare monthly branch financial reports, general journals, prepayments, month-end accruals, asset coordination and AP/AR activities.
• Provide practical financial advice to the business unit, monitor budget positions and prepare monthly/ad hoc reporting to support ledger integrity.
• Maintain contemporary financial management, reporting and data skills, applying relevant legislation and government frameworks.
