Linktree in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to partner with the CEO and lead critical executive support across calendar, travel, and communications. You will enable strategic work, manage cross-time-zone scheduling, and drive proactive problem-solving in a fast-growing tech environment.

You’ll work with the Office of Founders and EA/EBP team, coordinating board and leadership activities while continuously improving AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort.

Formación

• 5+ years as an EA/EBP supporting a CEO, founder or C-suite leader.
• Strong business sense with the ability to prioritise executive time.
• Excellent written communication and executive voice drafting.
• Expert calendar, travel and logistics management across time zones.
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information.
• Experience with AI workflows and productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CEO to protect time and align priorities with company goals.
• Own calendar, travel and personal operations across time zones.
• Draft emails and communications in the executive’s voice.
• Coordinate board and leadership meetings, offsites and events.
• Prepare executives for meetings with right context and background.
• Lead AI-enabled improvements and build repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with the EA/EBP team and Office of Founders on company projects.
