Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the maintenance work.
• Supervise maintenance quality and guide staff.
• Complete BYD-assigned technical tasks.
• Manage workshop site to keep it in top condition.
• Offer technical guidance during maintenance.
• Diagnose difficult faults and answer technical inquiries.
• Provide technical teaching to workshop technicians.
• Ensure adherence to workshop procedures and training plans.
• Organize training on new models and technologies.
• Collaborate with claims specialists to report product issues.
• Support user technical lectures and related activities.
• Process tasks assigned by the service manager.
