Job summary

Qualifications

• IT professional with extensive hands-on infrastructure and end-user support experience
• Experience managing incidents and coordinating with OEMs or customer facilities
• Onsite operational support for voice endpoints and enterprise printers/scanners/MFPs/plotters
• Ability to handle P1/P2 incidents and real-time monitoring environments

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support across servers, M365, Azure, and AWS
• Support complex real-time monitoring environments
• End-to-end IT support coordination across projects
• Coordinate with customers’ vendors for end-user support and warranty repairs
• Replace equipment and/or software; perform backups and data restoration as needed
• Ensure disaster recovery and BCP activities are executed at local sites
• End-to-end stewardship of incidents escalated to customer support groups
