Job summary

XPT Software is seeking an experienced IT support professional for our Sydney operation. The role focuses on delivering L2/L3 support across servers, M365, Azure and AWS, while maintaining real-time monitoring environments.

You will be part of an end-to-end IT support team coordinating with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure availability and performance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in infrastructure and end-user support, with hands-on experience in Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow,

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on infra and end-user support.
• Experience across enterprise networks and OEM coordination.
• Experience with PC imaging and onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 IT support across servers and EUC.
• Support real-time monitoring environments and end-user services.
• Lead end-to-end IT support activities including OEM coordination.
• Manage printer/scanner/MFP deployments and imaging.
• Handle incidents P1/P2 and escalation with vendors.
