Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to support the effective use and continuous improvement of our business software systems, with a focus on Accommodation Services operations.

You will work with subject matter experts to translate requirements into practical system solutions, lead the full system lifecycle from design through to training and post-go-live support, and mentor BIS team members to drive best-practice outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting accommodation or lease management solutions.
• Experience delivering software implementations and system enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and business software with configuration, testing and user support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accommodation Services to understand requirements and deliver practical system solutions.
• Lead ERP implementation, configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
• Manage software enhancements through design, UAT, go-live and post‑implementation support.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation and ongoing system support.
