Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group invites a Systems Support - System Analyst to join our Brisbane team, supporting global systems used by Global Supply and Selling Partners. You will provide third-level support, drive uptime, and contribute to enhancements across TravelBox, HotelHub, HELiO, and related platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, document processes, and train internal teams to ensure effective use of business systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in information analysis, problem resolution and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in meetings with business reps and stakeholders.
• Exposure to travel systems and global booking complexities desirable.
• Customer service experience in a support environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level support for business-critical systems and escalated queries.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve issues to minimise disruption and improve user experience.
• Deliver setup, maintenance and support for TravelBox, HotelHub, HELiO and related systems.
• Monitor system performance and communicate findings to vendors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to system enhancements and new projects as SME.
